about me
Photography for me is a way to remember, to document, to try and slow time and hold onto everyday moments of significance. The beauty, the chaos, the calm and the present. To slow down and notice the way the light streams in the bedroom window as the sunrises at home in the morning, the way the hot afternoon suns beams into the playroom in the afternoon - lighting up the collection of magnetic tiles, books and soft toys littered across the floor. Moments in time that I’m sure will never leave my mind, that I feel called to capture, just in case.
In my work I photograph in the exact same way, noticing the little details, the beauty that could easily be missed in the rush of the everyday - capturing these moments for you. Holding time still in a photograph that can be forever cherished in this life where time just flies by.
Being invited to document other people’s special moments in life brings me so much joy - be it families in their homes, artists wanting to document their process in preparation for an exhibition, witnessing two people committing their lives to each other in ceremony or mothers wanting to get in front of the lens for a change with their darling babes. I’m here for all of it!

I am passionate about documenting motherhood and families. From the tender, soft moments of mama’s with their little ones - to dad throwing the kids in the air, I love capturing the essence of play and childhood.
Artist studio sessions have a place in my heart too, I love to see the creative process, how the artist works and the magic in their spaces. It lights me up working with other creatives and documenting their practice for them.
My work also extends to events, small weddings or elopements, branding and more.I’d love to chat more with you about what you’re dreaming up!

35mm film photography is a slower, more intentional way of documenting life. Instead of capturing hundreds of digital images, each frame is carefully considered. Film holds light, colour, and movement in a way that feels soft, nostalgic, and true to memory.
If you’re drawn to imagery that feels like a moment you can step back into, rather than something overly polished, film photography may be exactly what you’re looking for.

I like to collaborate with my clients, I want to know what your dream photos look like! But I know that my clients choose me trusting that I will find the magic during our time together.
I understand it can feel awkward being in front of the camera (someone tell me what to do with my hands please!). I create space for you to settle in and be present during our session, offering gentle guidance as it’s needed to create movement and diversity your images - rather than forced posing that just doesn’t feel like you!
The most meaningful photographs tend to live in the in-between, when you’re not thinking about the camera at all. -
